These User Agreement govern your access to and use of the Nirvearl mobile application, a creative studio application exclusively designed for iPhone and iPad devices. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions for all users to use the App’s services. By installing and using the Nirvearl App, you acknowledge and agree to abide by all the terms stipulated herein. The App does not require any user registration, account login or identity authentication, and all users can use the service anonymously and freely.
Nirvearl is a lightweight local creative tool focusing on floral portrait editing and static image-to-vertical-short-video generation. The core service functions include intelligent flower wreath portrait beautification and AI-driven dynamic video generation. All creative processing and content rendering are completed based on local user materials and real-time AI model invocation. The App is a pure creative tool and does not provide any social networking, content publishing, public comment or interactive communication services.
Throughout the provision of all App services, we will never collect, scan, identify, analyze or store any user facial information. We do not acquire facial feature data, face templates, biometric facial identifiers, facial appearance profiles or any other facial-related biometric information from the portrait photos you upload or create. All AI processing only focuses on picture style optimization and dynamic effect rendering, without any facial data collection and identification behavior.
There is no age restriction for using the Nirvearl App. All users who own legal iOS devices (iPhone, iPad) can download, install and use all core functions of the App for free. You confirm that you use the App in a legal capacity and shall bear all responsibilities for your own usage behavior and created content.
The App does not set up user accounts, does not record user identity information, and all usage behaviors are anonymous. We will not bind any usage record to personal user information, and there is no user hierarchical authority or usage threshold setting.
During the whole usage process, we do not collect any facial information of users for user identity classification, usage authority verification or user behavior recording. No facial data will be used as a basis for judging user usage qualifications, and all users can enjoy complete App functions without any facial information collection and verification.
When using the Nirvearl App for creative creation, users shall abide by relevant regional laws and regulations and moral norms. You agree not to use the App to create, edit or disseminate any illegal, obscene, violent, infringing or inappropriate content. You shall be solely responsible for all portrait photos, text descriptions and creative works you import and generate through the App.
Users independently complete all creation operations, including selecting local photo materials, editing motion description text, generating AI effects, saving or deleting local works. The App only provides technical tool support for content creation, and does not participate in user content creation and modification.
In all user operation scenarios, we will not actively or passively collect any user facial information. We do not monitor, record or analyze the facial content contained in the pictures you import and create. The App’s technical system does not have the function of facial data collection and storage, and will not retain any facial biometric information generated during user creation.
All creative works generated by users through the App, including floral portrait images and vertical short videos, are only stored in the local “Records” gallery of the user’s iOS device. The App will not automatically upload, synchronize or back up user creative content to any cloud server or remote platform. Users have absolute independent control over all local data.
Users can view, filter, share, save to system photo album or delete local creative works at any time. Once the user deletes any work, the corresponding file data and record entries will be completely cleared from the local device without any residual data. The App will not retain user deleted content or cached files.
All local data storage, viewing and deletion operations do not involve facial information collection. The local Records gallery only stores the final visual effect files of user creation, and does not extract, split or store facial feature data from portrait images. We will not collect and count user facial information based on local creative content, and all facial content is completely private and limited to the user’s local device.
The AI generation function of the App needs a normal internet connection to invoke online AI model resources and complete content rendering. The basic local viewing and file management functions can be used normally without an internet connection. Users shall ensure the stability of their network environment and device operating environment during use.
Users shall not crack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the App program and code, shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or illegal programs to interfere with the normal operation of the App, and shall not use the App for commercial infringement, illegal creation and other unauthorized behaviors.
Whether the App is online or offline, in normal operation or restricted use state, we will never collect any user facial information. Network transmission is only used for real-time AI model invocation and effect calculation, and no facial data will be uploaded and transmitted. Local offline operation will not trigger any facial information collection behavior.
The intellectual property rights of all App technologies, algorithms, AI models, interface designs, functional frameworks and program codes belong exclusively to the official developer of Nirvearl. Users only obtain a limited personal non-commercial usage right of the App during use, and do not obtain any intellectual property authorization of the App itself.
The intellectual property and ownership of all creative works independently produced by users through the App belong to the users themselves. The App does not occupy, use or authorize third parties to use user creative works without permission.
In the process of intellectual property confirmation and protection, we do not collect any user facial information as the basis for right attribution. We will not bind user creative works with facial biometric data, and facial information will not be involved in any intellectual property identification and record links.
We reserve the right to optimize, upgrade, maintain and adjust the App’s functions, interface and performance at any time. We may release version updates according to product iteration needs to optimize AI generation effects, repair system bugs and improve user experience. App updates will be completed through the official iOS App Store channel.
During system maintenance and version update, the user’s local stored creative content will not be automatically cleared or modified. All user local data is completely controlled by the user.
During any App update, maintenance and iteration process, we will not collect, scan or update user facial information. Function optimization and technical iteration only target the App’s own program and algorithm, and do not involve any collection, analysis and processing of user facial biometric data.
The App provides creative effect generation based on existing AI technologies. We strive to ensure the stability and accuracy of the generation effect, but do not guarantee that all AI effects will fully meet user expectations. The App shall not be liable for any content deviation, effect difference or generation failure caused by user operation errors, network abnormalities, device failures or system compatibility problems.
We shall not be liable for any illegal use of the App by users and any legal risks, losses and disputes arising therefrom. All consequences caused by user’s unauthorized operation and illegal creation shall be borne by the user alone.
Under any service fault, exception and risk scenarios, we will not collect any user facial information. We will not obtain user facial data for fault analysis, problem investigation or risk statistics, and all facial information of users is always in an uncollected and unaccessed state.
