This Subscription Agreement serves as a supplementary binding term for users to purchase and use the premium subscription services of the Nirvearl application. Together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, this Agreement regulates all rules related to in-app subscription payment, service rights, automatic renewal, billing, and user rights protection. By purchasing, activating, or continuing to use the App’s premium subscription services, you fully acknowledge and agree to accept all terms of this Agreement. The App requires no account registration or login for subscription activation, and all subscription services are bound to your local device and Apple ID without any association with user personal biometric data.
Nirvearl provides users with paid premium subscription services to unlock advanced creative functions and exclusive tool privileges based on the free basic creative functions. Subscribed users can access enhanced AI generation effects, exclusive floral portrait templates,one-time premium gold coins reward, gain extra coins on further buys, high-definition export functions and other premium rights. All subscription service functions are implemented locally on the user’s iPhone and iPad devices, and all creative processing and effect rendering are completed on the user’s local device.
The provision and activation of all subscription services will never involve the collection, scanning, identification, analysis, storage or uploading of any user facial information. Subscription permission verification, service right activation and premium function invocation are all completed through local device authorization and Apple in-app purchase verification. We do not collect any facial biometric data, facial feature points, face templates or appearance profile information from users to identify, verify or activate subscription qualifications.
There is no age restriction for purchasing and using Nirvearl subscription services. All users who own valid iOS devices and complete in-app purchase payment through legal Apple ID channels can purchase and use premium subscription services. The App does not set any usage threshold, identity authentication or additional verification procedures for subscribed users. All subscription rights are automatically activated after successful payment and take effect immediately on the current device.
Users confirm that the subscription service purchased is only used for personal non-commercial creative creation. Users shall not resell, rent, transfer or share the subscription rights with third parties in any form. The subscription service is exclusive to personal private use and does not support commercial batch creation or secondary profit-making behaviors.
We do not collect any user facial information as a qualification standard for subscription purchase and use. Whether users purchase monthly, annual or one-time subscription packages, the whole payment and authorization process does not involve facial recognition detection, facial data verification and facial information recording. Subscription rights are completely independent of any user biometric information, and no facial data will be used for subscription binding and authentication.
All subscription services of the App are implemented through Apple official in-app purchase (IAP) channels, including common auto-renewable monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions and limited-time exclusive membership packages. The specific subscription price, cycle duration and exclusive rights will be clearly displayed on the App’s subscription purchase page. All charging standards comply with Apple App Store billing specifications, and all payment records are subject to the billing data of the user’s Apple ID account.
The subscription service adopts an automatic renewal mechanism by default. After the user purchases the subscription, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding fee through the user’s Apple ID before the end of each subscription cycle to realize cycle renewal. Users can check the current subscription status, remaining duration and renewal records in the Apple ID subscription management interface at any time.
The whole billing and renewal process does not involve any collection of user facial information. Fee deduction, subscription cycle verification and renewal judgment are all completed through Apple’s official payment system and local service authorization. We do not obtain any facial data of users in the billing link, nor do we match, verify or record subscription payment behaviors through facial biometric information.
All auto-renewable subscriptions will be automatically renewed within 24 hours before the expiration of the current service cycle, and the renewal fee will be deducted from the user’s bound Apple ID payment method. Users have the right to cancel the automatic renewal service at any time. After cancellation, the automatic renewal function will be terminated, and the user can continue to enjoy the premium subscription rights until the end of the current valid cycle, with no refund for the unused service period.
Users can manage and cancel automatic renewal through the Apple ID subscription management page of their iOS devices. The App will not independently deduct fees, modify subscription status or force renewal. All subscription management rights are fully owned and controlled by users.
In the process of automatic renewal judgment, fee deduction reminder and subscription cancellation processing, we never collect or analyze user facial information. The judgment of subscription status change is only based on official payment data, without any facial feature identification and data collection behaviors. No facial information will be associated with subscription renewal and cancellation records.
Subscribed users can enjoy all premium functional rights opened by the current subscription package during the valid subscription period, including unlimited AI portrait generation, high-definition video export, exclusive floral effect templates, no functional usage limit and other exclusive privileges. All premium functions still follow the App’s local storage rule, and all generated premium creative works are only stored in the user’s local device Records gallery.
After the subscription expires or is cancelled, the user will no longer be able to use exclusive premium functions, but the creative works saved locally during the valid subscription period will not be automatically cleared and can be viewed and managed normally. The App does not deprive users of local data ownership due to subscription expiration.
The activation, use and expiration of subscription premium rights do not involve any facial information collection and processing. The opening of premium functions only optimizes AI algorithm effects and functional quantity limits, and does not trigger facial data scanning, facial feature extraction and facial information storage. We will not collect user facial content generated by premium creation behaviors for any purpose.
All subscription payment behaviors are completed through Apple’s official in-app purchase channel. All refund applications shall comply with Apple App Store refund policies and relevant platform specifications. We do not independently possess the authority to directly refund users. Users need to submit refund applications through Apple official channels, and the final refund result shall be subject to Apple’s official review conclusion.
In accordance with platform rules, we do not support partial refunds for unused subscription periods, repeated payment refunds and subjective unsatisfactory effect refunds. Users shall fully understand the subscription service content and pricing rules before purchasing.
The refund application and review process does not require and will not collect any user facial information. We do not use facial data to verify user refund qualifications, nor do we collect facial portraits in refund reviews to confirm user identities. All refund judgments are based on official payment records, completely independent of user facial biometric information.
We reserve the right to optimize and adjust subscription package content, premium rights and service functions according to product iteration and service upgrade needs. When adjusting subscription rules, we will display the latest service content and charging standards on the App’s subscription page in advance. The adjustment of new subscription rules will only take effect for newly purchased users, and will not affect the valid subscription rights of existing users in the current cycle.
During routine system maintenance, function optimization and server debugging, we will try our best to ensure the normal use of subscribed users’ premium functions. Short-term service unavailability caused by unavoidable technical maintenance will not be deemed as service default, and no additional compensation or refund will be provided.
All subscription service adjustments and technical maintenance processes will not collect any user facial information. Service iteration and function optimization only target App algorithms and functional modules, and do not involve any collection, backup and analysis of user local portrait content and facial biometric data. User facial information is always in an uncollected and unaccessed state.
Subscribed users shall use the premium subscription services in compliance with platform rules and legal specifications. Users are prohibited from using premium subscription rights for cracking, secondary development, commercial resale, illegal content creation and other improper behaviors. Once any illegal or improper use is found, we have the right to suspend or terminate the user’s subscription service qualification without refund.
Users shall bear full responsibility for all creative content generated by using subscription premium functions. We are not liable for any legal disputes and losses caused by users’ improper use of subscription services.
In the process of supervising and auditing user subscription usage behaviors, we do not collect or identify user facial information. We judge improper usage behaviors based on functional operation logs and abnormal usage data, rather than facial biometric information. No facial data will be used for user behavior audit and right restriction judgment.
