This policy clearly explains how we handle user data, define our service features, and disclose our absolute zero-collection policy for facial information. The App requires no account registration, no login authentication, and no user identity verification to access all core functions, ensuring fully anonymous and private use for every user.
Nirvearl provides users with local floral portrait editing and image-to-vertical-short-video generation services. All creative operations, file storage, and content management are completed on users’ local iOS devices, with no background data uploads or cloud synchronization. The App is positioned as a professional private creative tool rather than a social platform, and it does not involve any content publishing, social interaction, or public sharing mechanisms by default.
The App strictly does not collect, capture, process, store, upload, or transmit any form of user facial information in any service scenario. We never conduct facial scanning on user portraits or photos uploaded and edited by users. We do not extract facial feature points, facial contour data, facial expression information, or any biometric data related to human faces. No facial templates, facial recognition datasets, facial appearance profiles, or facial identity mapping graphs will be created, generated, or retained by the App or our backend system at any time.
Users can open and use all core functions of the Nirvearl App directly after installation, without completing any account registration, login, mobile phone number binding, email verification, or identity information filling. There is no user account system, user database, or user identity labeling mechanism in the entire App service system. Each user’s usage behavior is completely independent and anonymous, and we cannot associate any operation record with a specific individual user.
In the absence of an account system, the App has no basis or channel to collect, bind, or store user facial information. All portrait editing and video generation operations are executed locally on the user’s device. The AI model only performs visual style optimization and motion effect rendering on the picture content, and does not identify, record, or retain any facial biometric features. No facial data will be associated with any user identity tag or usage record.
All creative works generated by users through the App, including floral portrait images and converted vertical short videos, are only stored in the local “Records” gallery of the user’s iPhone or iPad device. The App does not automatically upload any user-created content, original photos, or generated videos to any cloud server, third-party platform, or our official server. All file storage behaviors are completely limited to the user’s local device sandbox environment.
Users have full independent control over all local data. Users can view, filter, share, save to the system photo album, or delete any creative work in the Records gallery at any time. When a user deletes any portrait or video file in the App, the corresponding file data and entry records will be completely and permanently removed from the local device, with no residual data retained.
All local data storage and deletion processes do not involve the collection or analysis of facial information. The App’s local gallery only stores the final visual effect files generated by user creation, and does not extract, separate, or save facial feature data from portrait pictures. We do not back up, cache, or replicate any facial-related content in local or hidden folders. No facial biometric information will be acquired or reserved during the entire local data management process.
The App provides two core creative functions: flower wreath portrait generation and image-to-video conversion. For the flower wreath portrait function, users select local portrait photos, and the built-in AI model intelligently adds natural flower wreath effects to the picture while fully retaining the user’s original facial expression, pose, clothing style and background environment. For the image-to-video function, users input custom English motion descriptions, and the AI model generates exclusive vertical short video dynamic effects based on static images.
The operation of the AI model requires a temporary internet connection to complete model invocation and effect rendering. All data transmission during the generation process is only used for real-time effect calculation and will not be cached, stored or recorded by our system. Only the creative works actively saved by users will be retained in the local Records gallery; unsaved generated results will not be retained by the App in any form.
During all AI creation processes, we do not collect or process any user facial information. The AI model only executes picture style overlay and dynamic effect rendering according to user instructions, and does not start facial recognition, facial feature analysis, facial data extraction or biometric identification. We will not obtain any user face scan data, face template parameters, facial feature coordinate information, or personal appearance profile data. The AI operation mechanism does not support any form of facial data collection and analysis behavior.
The only system permission required by the Nirvearl App is iOS photo library access permission. This permission is only used to meet users’ core usage needs: selecting original image materials from the local photo library for creation and saving finished creative works to the system photo album. The permission is completely user-controlled, and users can turn on or off the photo library access permission at any time in the iOS system settings.
The App does not apply for or obtain any other system permissions, including but not limited to camera permission, microphone permission, location permission, network background permission, and contact permission. The network connection is only used for real-time invocation of AI model resources during content generation, and no user data will be uploaded during the network process.
The photo library permission we obtain is only for file reading and saving operations, and does not include any authority to collect, analyze or identify facial information. We will not actively scan the user’s photo library, nor automatically identify portrait photos and extract facial data. All portrait processing behaviors are actively initiated by the user, and the whole process does not involve any passive collection of facial biometric information.
The App does not collect any user personal data or creative data for commercial operation, user analysis, market research, or content recommendation. We do not use any user-generated content or picture information for internal data training, algorithm optimization, or product iteration. There is no user behavior tracking, data statistics, or usage monitoring mechanism in the App.
We never share, sell, lease, or authorize any third-party companies, institutions, or individuals to obtain any data related to users. The App does not access any third-party advertising networks, analysis platforms, or data service interfaces, and there is no third-party data collection channel in the whole service link.
We absolutely do not collect user facial information for marketing promotion, user behavior analysis, third-party advertising delivery, or commercial data trading. We will not build exclusive facial identity files, facial feature databases, or user appearance portraits based on users’ portrait photos. No facial data will be provided, shared or disclosed to any third party in any form, and no facial information will be used for any commercial or non-commercial secondary utilization.
Users have full and exclusive control over all creative data and local files in the App. Users can freely filter local works by all content, only images, or only videos, and can open any single work to realize one-click saving, sharing or deletion operations. All operation behaviors are independently completed by users on local devices, and we will not interfere with or record users’ data management behaviors.
After the user deletes the local work content, the corresponding file data is completely cleared from the device, with no backup or residual file left. Users can also close the App’s photo library access permission at any time to terminate all file reading and writing behaviors of the App.
In the whole process of user data management and control, we do not collect or obtain any facial information generated in the user’s creative content. We cannot view, obtain, or record the user’s portrait content and facial features. All facial-related content is completely closed and private on the user’s local device, and we have no way to collect, access or process any facial biometric data of users.
